Where do I even begin with M+J’s stunning Oregon micro wedding in Brookings?! These two lovebirds tied the knot after nine years of adventuring together! They came all the way up from Texas and turned their wedding day into one epic family adventure—with moody coastal vibes and some of Oregon’s most beautiful scenery. M+J had always dreamed of something intimate and romantic and totally them, and boy, did the Oregon coast deliver. Their vision was about capturing those natural, romantic moments in a place that truly reflected their love for adventure. As a PNW elopement photographer, I couldn’t have been more thrilled that they fell in love with my style—moody, natural, and just the right amount of dramatic, all the things they’ve dreamed of for their big day!

An Intimate Coastal Beach Wedding Ceremony

M+J’s micro wedding was so special. With fewer than 20 of their closest friends and family, it was an intimate celebration of love, packed with genuine connection and just the right dose of laid-back vibes. The day started cloudy—classic Oregon coast, right?—but just as we went to Lone Ranch Beach for the ceremony, the clouds played nice, parting to let in the dreamiest light. One of the sweetest moments had to be when they asked their guests to pray over their rings before the exchange. After that, we snapped some gorgeous sunset portraits on the beach, had a little cake cutting (because, of course!), and wrapped things up with some epic blue hour shots overlooking the cliffs at Samuel H. Boardman. It was low-key; being surrounded by the people they loved most made it more meaningful to them.
